We all want to be able to hope and plan for our future. When you were in your addiction, goal setting was the last thing you had in mind. The only thing you looked forward to then was your next high. It's different now because you've decided to get well. Setting goals is what good coaching is all about. If you don't set goals for yourself, then how to you get to where you want to go? It's like getting in your car; normally, you have a destination and great directions. If you got in your car to go somewhere and didn't have a place in mind or the directions, you'd get lost and would be driving aimlessly. You get the picture! That all being said, what is the biggest goal you would like to attain? Think BIG - you're worth it!
